Today I have been the stand in hair dresser for Cat so I have bleached and trimmed her hair while rocking Oliver in his sitter. Then while we waited for Cat's colour to be done there was time to prepare for tomorrow's annual Lucia party by setting a dough of saffron buns. New biscottis are also in the oven as we speak.. A productive day!
