Lunch break. It is SO cold outside. Or what do you say about -20 degrees Celsius?

Since there is a slight wind, the cooling effect is -36 degrees.. I have bundled up with four layers of clothes, two ski masks and two pair of gloves. Unfortunately, my feet-warmers aren't as warm as I hoped, so in spite of my efforts I still feel like a big chunk of ice!
