Kundaliniyoga at 07.00 o'clock in the morning!


For the past two weeks I have had a cold, so the fitness challenge that I had set out to do in January had to be pushed back. Now that I'm feeling better, I thought of ways to start off my new fitness regime without over doing it, and what better way to do it but with yoga? I am quite new to all of it, but I wanted this year to be calmer, more filled with energy and less with stress, so yoga is perfect. It wasn't especially hard work out, it was more an excercise for the mind over the body, but that last pose when we sat with our hands up in the air for about five minutes, really made my body tingle and itch for movement! The yoga was wrapped up by the yogi with some chanting, a lot of "ummmmm" which made it hard to concentrate since it was so funny... Afterwards I felt envigorated and happy and could start my workday in a serene mood.
