Step one, make sure the older one is occupied
in something he finds entertaining and still
somewhat safe (the chair in this case was
constantly slipping away under Oli's feet so I
had to push it back just in time so that he didn't fall).

Step two; while pushing in the chair keep
rocking the toddler in the babysitter and
in the meanwhile stir together whatever you
are baking and...

...tadaaaa! The seasonal saffron biscottis are
done. Piece of cake! Right? ;)
