Nowadays I don't get the urge to bake as often as I used to, but for some reason it came over me this week and I made this loaf of bread. I stuffed it with loads of different nuts, seeds and dried fruits. Half of it I sent with Erik to his work and the other half I took to my collegues, to everybodys joy. The saying that it feels good to do good, is so true! And you know what? It takes so little..
