Ten years as a couple! April 30, 2012.

Last of April means anniversary in my book. Today was the day when Erik and I met the first time, ten years ago! Time flies... He surprised me with a very thoughtful gift: a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer sunglasses that I had mentioned before in passing that I thought about purchasing. He got a key holder with our names engraved on it (thank's dad for making it!!). We spent the evening on Lidingö, eating dinner with our extended family, listening to student songs and watching the bonfire get lit. Just as tradition dictates it. So nice!

Wroom wroom!

Oli is oh-so interested in daddy's motorcycle, and everytime I mention Erik he says "wroom wroom" in his darkest voice.. Boys and their toys!

This spring we have been too preoccupied with studying during the weekends, so it was very nice to finally see some friends and just relax for a change!

it from time to time, even though a
certain little someone is very sceptical
of the trimmer..

...but after getting acquainted with
the thingy that made such a noise,
it wasn't too bad. 

Pampering, April 17, 2012.

Well I guess he'd better start early to take
care of himself! I found Oli in my bed
where he had tucked himself in and found
my Nivea jar and did what he likes to do
most; smear stuff onto himself. I sat beside
him and couldn't help laughing, then he
slapped the rest of the content of the jar,
very gently and generously, onto my face...

New hobby no 2!

My first lesson, in snow... 

Surprisingly, it went really well!

My collegue Sandra, who suggested
that we should take golf lessons,
something I have thought about doing
for a long time (six years to be exact).
Better late than never! 

When I was younger I had my own hobbies. I played the piano and danced ballet, but nowadays I don't do so much just for my own sake. Since Erik and I went to Gloria Golf Resort in Belek Turkey in 2006 and I took my very first golf lesson, I have wanted to be able to walk a round myself, but without the experience that wasn't an option. Today I took my first step towards doing just that.
