Interesting ritual, or so they seemed
to think..

Oli's new little cousin, Tyra, was christened this weekend. It was a small family affair and a very nice one at that. 

A walk in the park? Not any longer...

So I took a walk with Oliver and Catrin last week. I knew I was in terrible shape, but I didn't realise how that would feel... I was huffing and puffing halfway through our one hour long walk and the day after I felt muscles in my body that I haven't felt in a long time. Being pregnant (only thirteen and a half week, but still), overly tired constantly and not excercising doens't do a body well. Indeed not!!!

There is only one word to describe this wonderful party and that is WOW! Everything was wow; from the theme itself (who doesn't love "The Great Gatsby"??), the decadence, the beautifully dressed and wonderfully entertaining guest, the live band that played that amazing 20's music, the entertainment, the drinks and the food, the perfect location (http://www.elfviksgard.se/display?id=16), to the most wonderful hosts! All this happened to happen on the very day that Erik and I got married, five years ago. I couldn't have dreamed of a better way to spend the evening! 

Oh these kindergarten germs! June 4-8, 2012.

I came home to a very sick and
miserable little guy one day. To
make him feel better he got to watch
"Cars 2" the movie and dressed up
accordingly in his new pyjamas. Life
was again somewhat tolerable after
that..

Oliver managed to put his shoes on
by himself for the first time! That's
how bored he was...

Pants are an unnecessary,
apparently.

Feeling somewhat better, thankfully.

I left my hot dogs unsupervised
only momentarily; Oliver seized
the moment AND my food!

Oli and Erik watched a lot of
youtube clips with motorcycles
one Sunday when it was raining
cats and dogs. Oli is trained from
a very young age in liking
motorcycles... although I must say
that most of it does come from
himself, but daddy's enthusiasm
in that area sure helps!
